The takeover of car companies and the shut down of oil drilling in the Gulf and a new pipeline, using the U.N. to fight the state right of Arizona to enforce both Federal and their own immigration laws.

For those who have been paying attention to the political climate in the last 5 years the obvious is this: THE ELITES: the news media, the Democrat party leadership, some key Republican leaders as well, with the majority of the Congress and the President, have turned towards socialism and therefore sought to gain more power over the people. The majority of the people don"t agree with this agenda but there are still too many who are half asleep to see the change happening. The conservatives are awake and more are now joining their ranks. You will hear about more conversions to conservative circles than to liberal ones. You will come to understand that there are more Independents than either Democrats or Republicans due to disillusionment with those parties.

There has been a political coupe against the constitutional powers and it is almost a free for all in that the ones in power will do whatever they can get away with, which is a lot, as they set themselves up as some kind of elitist political coalition to try to manipulate the people to their agendas without consequences. This is the time for the people who are awake to whole heartedly resist the current direction of the elites or else there will probably be a end to the separation of powers as we have had and a consolidation of a more central government from which there will be no way to change with elections. The last resort will be a civil war. Do you think the "Arab spring" is only for Arab countries against dictators? What if our federal government graduates in totalitarianism, do you think everyone will just bow their knee and accept it?

President Obama Wants Religious Hospitals and Charities to Provide Abortions Pills

In yet another display of secularism and anti-Christian behavior, President Obama sought to require church based hospitals and charities to provide abortion pills as part of their services by law. This is a violation of freedom of worship as stated in the Constitution for those faith based organizations, mostly Catholic funded, and run. After a backlash from Catholic leaders, the President decided to put off the requirement for another year after the elections. This President has no shame to call himself a Christian and it is evident he is not one. Now we have Obama caught taking money from Mexican drug figures and returning $200,000. Today in a Georgia court, Obama and his attorneys were dealt a defeat by default of their absence to honor a legally served subpoena to be there.

The case centered on the eligibility of Obama to be on the state of Georgia ballot for the upcoming Presidential election.

Obama's attorneys tried to get the court to squash the hearing but it was denied by the judge last week.

Then Those attorneys tried to get the Georgia Secretary of State to actually remove the hearing from the judge in the last two days.

That was an attempt to circumvent the legal process and it was rejected.

Since no more time was available to try more shenanigans, the attorneys simply refused to show up deal with the case ON ITS MERITS!

The Court ruled that Obama and his attorneys LOSE BY DEFAULT since they did not show up to plead their case.

OBAMA HAS LOST HIS LEGAL CASE ON HIS ELIGIBILITY TO RUN FOR PRESIDENT IN GEORGIA AND THIS IS A PRECEDENT FOR OTHER STATES TO FOLLOW!!!

The President who said there would be "TRANSPARENCY" in his administration refused to comply with a valid court order.

He has showed that he holds himself to be above the law and would rather violate a court than show any original legal documents that prove his citizenship standing.

This case was the first one to deal with the merits of the eligibility of President Obama and he ran away from it.

Any people who do not grasp the illegal nature of the president's fraud and continue to defend his non-existing citizen status in light of this have no basis to do so.

There is no reason for those protesters to "turn violent" since according to the Obama administration we are in a small recovery. If there is violence it will probably be orchestrated by Soros and others to give Obama an excuse to impose martial law. It also has to be considered that these protesters have been sustained by outside funds and resources to be there all this time and it is not a grass roots movement. There are now multiple cases where illegal aliens that have been caught by border enforcement and law enforcement officers only to be set free and those officers arrested and or fined by the Obama administration under Eric Holder, the Federal United States Attorney General. The Democrat Socialist website states that one of their beliefs is to "favor" illegal aliens over citizen so they can come to this country to achieve economic equality which is really the "spread the wealth" stance Obama has taken from the beginning. The Democrat Socialist group states it is not a political party but operates within the Democrat Party here in America. Obama is anti-American and pro illegals and criminal illegals at that because he is one himself with a photo-shopped birth certificate on display on the White House website (it is layered and not an original scan of a early 1960's document which would have been typed) and a stolen Social Security number (his main one has been "E-verified" and it belonged to a deceased man from the state of Connecticut). "The bigger picture here is this: we are in an active political revolution where our leaders have turned on us. Will our Federal government (White House and Congress) continue to gain ground on spreading socialism and more control over the citizens or will we rise up and turn the course back to one of law? Obama is a main catalyst but remember that Congress passed Obama Care over us to "FORCE" us to financially have to give them more of our money and regulate our lives and deaths. Can you think of one even one congressperson (Democrat or Republican) who has addressed the rest of them or at a press conference and denounced Obama's fraudulent White House birth certificate and stolen social security numbers? We have no one concerned for the Constitution on this (not even Ron Paul will do this) and the citizens' right to rule of law. Where is just one person to stand in the gap? I think if anyone ever does take a stand on this, it will probably be a woman since the men in the congress seem to be such cowards and sell outs. Congress thinks their marching orders come from their political party leaders but we the people and the Constitution trump that and they are oblivious to that while they live in their cloud of corruption and confusion. Yes, they work for us and if we don't fire them we are very stupid and have no hope. Can that many of us be that stupid after this? We will find out."

Unprecedented Snow Storm In New York Reminds Us Of The Global Warming Hoax

It is not even winter and in the last few days Central Park in New York has has received two feet of snow breaking a record for that held since 1869! Here in Northern Nevada, where I live near the West Coast, I have shoveled more snow in the last few years than I can remember in quite a while. Qaddafi is reported to be killed by rebel forces in Libya. We Americans had no legal reason to be against Qaddafi. Obama illegally started a war against him without Congress and they asked him about it but he just said it was not a war. Our Congress has no loyalty to the Constitution and only encouraged more lawlessness for Obama by not stopping him then. Now Obama, is having some kind of militant action in Uganda. Obama is overdue for impeachment and I don't say that carelessly. Christian Church Leader Is Facing Death In Iran

A Christian Pastor has been in prison and is set to face a death penalty for converting to Christianity. This Pastor also had his wife imprisoned for a year as well. Congress Has Penalties For Obama's Aggravated Identity Theft

President Obama should be investigated and impeached and then prosecuted for his identity theft according to his violations of the congressional Title 18 of the United States Code. Following is a summation of the laws which were amended by both the Senate and House of the 108th Congress on July 15, 2004. By the way, I have yet to come across this anywhere else and found it in an on-line government site.

The 108th Congress amended Public Law 1028 with the "Identity Theft Penalty Enhancement Act" or Public Law. Section (1) In General- Whoever during and in relation to any felony violation enumerated in subsection (c), knowingly transfers, possesses, or uses, without lawful authority, a means of identification of another person shall, in addition to the punishment provided for such felony, be sentenced to a term of imprisonment of 2 years. It has to be noted that (2) of the subsection (c) just mentioned refers to section 911 (relating to false impersonation of citizenship)!

Section (7) of the main body of Public Law 1028 defines the term "means of identification" as any name or number associated with the identification of an individual which includes any: name, social security number,date of birth, official State or government issued driver's license or identification number, government passport number employer or taxpayer identification number. These legal aspects relate to president Obama because we know he is using another person's social security number, may not legally be named Obama (Sotero or other names are possible), may not have a true birth date, and it is questionable what dates have been on any driver's license he may have carried. It is also a felony to post these fraudulent identifications on-line (Obama's photo-shopped birth certificate is posted on the White House website).

Public Law 1028 & 1028A summarizes that the U.S. Attorney General and the U.S. Secretary of the Treasury are to meet at the end of each year to establish a coordinating committee which is to work with an inter-agency task force for the vigorous investigation and prosecution of identity fraud.  I don't think we can expect Eric Holder (Attorney General) and Tim Geithner (Secretary of State) to do anything about their boss, Obama. We are left with the following situation.

The present Congress must stop violating and ignoring the U.S. Constitution, their own laws (seen here) and we the people and appoint a special prosecutor to gather evidence about President Obama's identity theft.
There are other Constitutional violations to be added also: appointing Hillary Clinton to Secretary of State (Article 1 Section 6 of the U.S. Constituion) and starting a war on Libya without Congressional approval. There are also these legal violations: ignoring an oil drilling ban lifted by a federal judge, refusing to uphold the constitutional Marriage Act, refusing to enforce immigration laws/deportations and not finishing the triple border fence (passed by Congress), allowing a citizen and soldier/officer (Lt. Col. Lakin) to be court marshaled without any evidence allowed in his defense.

The Democrat leadership may well want to ignore the legal violations of Obama because he is a sitting Democrat president. The Republican leadership may well want to ignore Obama's violations as well because they see his ever growing unpopularity leading to a sound defeat in his reelection campaign. Whatever the reasons for their failure to act against Obama, Congress is not following the Constitutional provisions for dealing with Obama's wrong doing.
