The Beginning Of The End Of Obama Started Today!

Today in a Georgia court, Obama and his attorneys were dealt a defeat by default of their absence to honor a legally served subpoena to be there.

The case centered on the eligibility of Obama to be on the state of Georgia ballot for the upcoming Presidential election.

Obama's attorneys tried to get the court to squash the hearing but it was denied by the judge last week.

Then Those attorneys tried to get the Georgia Secretary of State to actually remove the hearing from the judge in the last two days.

That was an attempt to circumvent the legal process and it was rejected.

Since no more time was available to try more shenanigans, the attorneys simply refused to show up deal with the case ON ITS MERITS!

The Court ruled that Obama and his attorneys LOSE BY DEFAULT since they did not show up to plead their case.

OBAMA HAS LOST HIS LEGAL CASE ON HIS ELIGIBILITY TO RUN FOR PRESIDENT IN GEORGIA AND THIS IS A PRECEDENT FOR OTHER STATES TO FOLLOW!!!

The President who said there would be "TRANSPARENCY" in his administration refused to comply with a valid court order.

He has showed that he holds himself to be above the law and would rather violate a court than show any original legal documents that prove his citizenship standing.

This case was the first one to deal with the merits of the eligibility of President Obama and he ran away from it.

Any people who do not grasp the illegal nature of the president's fraud and continue to defend his non-existing citizen status in light of this have no basis to do so.

THE PEOPLE HAVE WON A GREAT HISTORICAL VICTORY WHEN THE MAIN NEWS MEDIA AND CONGRESS IGNORED AND

TRIED TO SUPPRESS ANY ACTION OF LAW WITH THE OPEN FRAUD AND IDENTITY THEFT OF A SITTING PRESIDENT.

There is no reason for those protesters to "turn violent" since according to the Obama administration we are in a small recovery. If there is violence it will probably be orchestrated by Soros and others to give Obama an excuse to impose martial law. It also has to be considered that these protesters have been sustained by outside funds and resources to be there all this time and it is not a grass roots movement. It is not far fetched that this call about violence happened to be just days before Obama is to be held accountable in a court of law in the state of Georgia with a subpoena served for Obama's Hawaiian birth records relating to his qualification to be on the Georgia ballot for the November elections. Remember that key Democrats like Polosi besides the main news media advocated or put the the Occupy movement in a positive light so it follows that Obama and his administration are good with it. We are in a very perilous time with the ever growing power hungry Obama and congress, which has given him unsurpassed power to detain and search citizens, as with the TSA search and seizure and the recent bill which allows the suspending of rights of "accused" terrorists

On Jan 26th, 2012 Obama Required To Show Georgia Court His Eligibility!

A judge has ordered Obama to show he is eligible to be on the state ballot for the 2012 presidential race per that state's statues on campaigns said a Georgia judge and dismissed Obama's attorneys who wanted a subpoena squashed there. A Grand Federal Jury Complaint Can Lead To Removing Obama From Office!

See this video which summarizes that the power of a Grand Jury can have authority over a President and lead to their end in office as when Nixon ultimately resigned. A Judge In Georgia Allows A lawsuit That Challenges Obama To Be on The Ballot There
